Our Story

Founder & Creative Director Nikola Willis started NW Marketing with the goal of bringing her 20 years of knowledge in retail marketing to those smaller retail properties who were either owner managed or looked after by boutique property management agencies, who would not otherwise have access to a full service marketing department, due to staffing and cost restrictions.

NW Marketing is your outsourced Retail Marketing Department.

With over two decades of experience in the shopping centre industry and an extensive current portfolio of shopping centres based all over Western Australia (see our current client list), NW Marketing takes a holistic approach to communications and marketing.

At NW Marketing we understand the success of small retail assets is tied to the overall success of the community. By creating strategies which focus on promoting and marketing to the strengths of these assets, we’ve successfully improved community awareness, perception and visitation to our client’s retail centres.

NW Marketing offers hassle free access to a full range of promotional services, social media marketing, website design and event management.


Our Vision

Our focus is to provide quality marketing services, accessible to those smaller retail assets that otherwise would not have access to a full-service Marketing Department. NW Marketing is able to provide an affordable marketing mix that caters specifically to the individual requirements outlined by the owner or managing agent.

Hard working property owners or managing agents can concentrate on running the day-to-day duties that come with a retail asset, while all the marketing concerns are covered by a team of experienced professionals, without the long term commitment and cost typically required of having an in-house marketing division.
